Privacy policy

Toolzenio collects the information you give us when you create an account, take the career-direction assessment, subscribe to the newsletter, send a contact message, submit practice work, or pay for a challenge or course.

Account records store your name, email address, and a password hash. We do not store card numbers or card security codes. Razorpay and Stripe process payments and return a payment reference, amount, and currency. Orders and entitlements are stored so we can show what you purchased and remove access after a refund.

Practice submissions, scores, reviewer feedback, and portfolio sharing choices stay on your account. Assessment answers are used to suggest a practice path. They are not a hiring decision. Newsletter and contact messages are used only to reply or send the updates you asked for.

Hosting is on Hostinger. Email is sent through Brevo when that service is configured. Images may be stored on Cloudinary. Challenge template files stay on the application server. We use these providers to run the product, not to sell your information.

You can ask us to correct your account details or close your account by writing to the support address published on the site. We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and refund disputes.
